On the day Mr Bright arrived on time at 0930, explained what he intended to do and discussed the best and most convenient way to clean as it was raining outside and he was at pains to cause the least disruption to the family. It is very clear Mr Bright takes his job very seriously and has invested heavily in obtaining the best and most up to date equipment – he is definitely not a one man band with a vacuum cleaner! He cleaned the upstairs first, then the landing and stairs and finally the lounge and dining room. While he was cleaning downstairs he has his blowers on upstairs to dry out the carpets quicker. The entire process took about six hours and he left about 1530.
