Liquid spillages can provide an issue, even if they don’t look to be staining your furniture. It is often when the liquid is fully dry that the real damage is shown. You are then faced with the task of cleaning it. Some are afraid to introduce more liquid to the stain in order to try and remove it. This is not surprising. If that is how the stain started in the first place, then it is a real possibility that you can make it worse.
Cleaning Liquid Spillages – a Top Tip
It is always a good idea to blot any liquid that is spilled on your soft furnishings. Try not to rub the stain or wipe it repeatedly. This process can work to further damage the fibres on your furniture. You can then be left with bobbles, or discoloured furniture. Both of which are incredibly hard to sort.
