Cleaning office carpets can sometimes offer some really individual challenges. It mainly depends on where your office is. Home offices we once less-used rooms. However, the changes brought in due to Coronavirus means that much more of our population are now working from home.
This meant that bedrooms needed to be converted into office rooms quickly. Some people use a spare room as an office. However, they still want it as a usable room. This means that the challenges for clean carpets can be quite varied.
Cleaning Office Carpets – Your Main Challenge
Your main challenge comes from the fact that using office chairs will often mark and damage your carpet fibres. Some people use matting so that their chair wheels do not damage the carpet underneath. Some feel this causes more problems.
This is an office/ bedroom carpet we were asked to clean. The main dark areas have been caused by an office chair wheeling across it due to being used as a study area. A deep clean soon removed most of those marks.
We are always happy to talk through the carpet cleaning process. We will also ask whether there are any marks or stains that you are particularly concerned about. This allows us to effectively plan how best to clean your carpets.
Carpet cleaning is an incredible trade. The speed at which you see results is amazing and our clients are usually mortified at the wastewater, showing the dirt that we collect from the carpet cleaning process.
One of our clients commented:
“Colin from Brights came and cleaned stairs and landing carpets plus 1 bedroom carpet.
We have 2 golden retriever so the carpets get a lot of wear and tear.
They have come up far cleaner than we hoped they could.
Incredibly good service and done fast.
Highly recommended!!” – Malcolm Bunn
